Renae Cohn

Renae has been a realtor since 1987 and thrives on working with buyers to help them find the perfect home. When her clients move to a new area, Renae wants them to receive the same professional service that she would provide. Liahona Realtors allows her to personally refer LDS agents that will treat her clients well. As a Certified Relocation Professional, Renae is intimately familiar with the moving process. She works both with individuals and corporate relocation clients. She treats each person like they are family. Renae is affiliated with NP Dodge.

Renae serves as the nursery leader at her church, and enjoys gardening and watching the wildlife at her home on the Elkhorn River. She likes to cook and spend time with her grandchildren. She and Marc have been married 34 years.

Jeff Cohn
Realtor, Certified Real Estate Negotiator

During his college years Jeff traveled to Brazil, where he lived for two years serving as a missionary. Jeff studied Business Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and his course of study included classes in real estate law and principles. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree. Jeff has helped triple his real estate team's sales volume with advanced marketing techniques, lead generation, and professional negotiation skills. In 2009 he was nominated for Realtor Magazines "30 Under 30" award. Jeff is affiliated with NP Dodge.

Jeff is fluent in Portuguese and adept at conversational Spanish. He is an Eagle Scout and has been involved in scouting activities for several years. Jeff enjoys anything competitive: racquetball, paint ball and online video games. He likes hunting, fishing, camping and is always planning his next vacation with his wife and two daughters.

Jonathan Cohn
Broker-Attorney

Jonathan spent two years in Japan serving as a missionary. He received a Bachelors of Arts degree from Brigham Young University, and then went on to graduate from the Creighton University School of Law. He operated a successful law firm in Omaha and is a member of the Nebraska and South Dakota Bar Associations. Jonathan Cohn is a licensed South Dakota real estate broker. He operates under the name Liahona Real Estate.

Jonathan is fluent in Japanese and adept at conversational French. He enjoys playing duplicate bridge, has played against both Warren Buffett and Bill Gates, and competes in National Bridge Championship events. He and his wife are enjoying their new baby boy and love to travel, having been to 4 continents.
